The business was built from the ground up with compliance at its core — AML registered with HMRC, a member of the Property Redress Scheme, and ICO registered. Every deal is packaged with full due diligence before being introduced to investors.

To give property buyers access to fully packaged off-market deals they wouldn't find on the open market — while giving vendors a faster, simpler way to sell without the fees, delays, and uncertainty of the traditional process.
